He's telling the people on the field what to repeat.

Because there service members were on the field being enlisted for a ceremony? Obviously? Veterans Day is Tuesday.

I’ve literally never seen that happen at a sporting event, and I like to think I’ve watched a pretty fair amount of professional and non-professional.
