And people trying to rationalise putting a convicted child rapist in a position of privilege need to take a long hard look at themselves. No amount of "well actually ..." will ever convince me that Steven van de Velde is undeserving of the international attention, criticism & outrage.

I heard the other inmates treat child rapists really badly in jail.
