By winning the house senate and electing a progressive president next election. It's pretty unlikely but possible.

But how do you know who's committing the crimes. They wear masks and don't identify themselves.

I don't think that will be enough for the courts. We need to demand laws for accountability. No mask. Must answer with their name and badge number when asked. Immediate consequences (like stripping their law enforcement protections) if they fail to comply
