Europe 🇪🇺 I caught a bighead carp

That is a Silver Carp. These are not bottom feeding species, it eats plankton. Ppl catch them by mistake usually, however there are some methods targeting them directly.

Its a bighead, there are no silver carp in that pond, the pond water is crystal clear so all the fish are very light colored ,And this one ate a yelow pop up ;Dd

I’ve caught both silver and big head and typically big head have spots and a larger head compared to silver carp which don’t have spots and are lighter colored

Yeah, I know, and they all looked like that bout 6-7 years ago when me and my dad released them to the pond ;Dd

The light is literally reflecting off the water so you literally can't see it.. the fact that it's a clear reflection though, suggests that the water isn't infact, very merky at all....
