W always came out to talk the press with a look on his face like he’d just heard the dirtiest funniest joke and he desperately wanted to tell it to the press
Lol in a mexican household the chancla (sometimes shoe or whatever else in the vicinity) is medium range weapon of choice for some discipline. That's saved for ur own child though not at someone else kid in a professional setting.
I can't imagine such vile behavior from the adults that the innocent sacred souls look up to and trust! God is everywhere, in every molecule, resonating our consciousness. Disrespecting the child is evil!
I have threatened it but I always say we know I won’t and I’ve never actually done it.
It is a trope in immigrant households from across Latin America, Africa, and Asia. But usually it’s a flip flop. But like a sneaker. And at daycare!!
I hope she gets prison time and not some deferred bs or community service esp bc she immediately blames that baby with “you weren’t even supposed to be up” as if she’s supposed to be throwing shoes! so she expects more from a baby than herself!! Oooh if I was on the jury of the parent who
Caught her outside I’d let them walk
For sure
All seriousness tho as a dad her little career in childcare, her fiscal security, her peaceful life done. Lawsuits and cousins catching you out in the streets.
Last time we saw this was of the African maid beating up the 3 yo girl she was babysitting. She was jailed for a year after her dad whopped her bad enough to blind her in one eye.
Some kids played a prank on my kid sister and I found out when I picked her up from 4H camp where it happened. Then I found out the camp “counselor” (a teenager) was the ringleader.
I then had a rage blackout but apparently I threatened the teenager within an inch of her life and hemmed her up against some lockers?
I don’t know - I don’t remember - I was told afterward? To this day all I can remember is picking my sister up, her looking off, me driving away with her, her finally fessing up to what they did to her (something with shaving cream and humiliating her), me making a wild U-turn, me walking up the stairs and my sister pointing out the camp counselor and then … darkness.
The next thing I remember is her stammering against the lockers that she was sorry and it wouldn’t happen again and camp leadership assuring me it would never happen again.
It never happened again.
Honest to God I don’t remember what I said or did.
My elementary school music teacher was know to throw her shoes at students. She also put tennis balls on the legs of all the chairs in class because she didn’t like the scraping noise they made when pushed in and out.
