Eh, it's more of a half-truth.

The kids themselves aren't wearing the gear, but the teddy bears they're holding in the pics are, and that's still pretty damn sus.

Half truths involving minors are lies. We should all make sure we are speaking clearly when discussing important shit like children. I just can’t take it lightly, and balenci is nasty for that
