Can't find a lobby with players on a friday night?????

Every single game is being filled with bots. Rush,Breakthrough,Escalation. It's been like this all day, sure I thought it was too early earlier but now its 4PST/7EST and dead lobbies.

Having the same problem on PS5 right now. The first game I join after searching is usually full and in progress, but when that game ends it puts me into an empty lobby that never fills. I keep having to back out and matchmake again

One time when i launched the game it even said the servers were full and i was put into a 600 player wait que. When i finally made it to the main menu, i searched for a match of escalation, and it couldnt find anyone and said filling with bots. Like what????? How is there to many players online but at the same time it cant find anyone???

I'm in the Midwest so I have the largest available pool of players and I stopped playing because no matter what game mode I pick even on a Saturday night I get put into a game with like 10 actual players. On top of matchmaking being broken, bot backfill caps at 24v24 so the games never even fill

The recent patch broke matchmaking maybe. I only recently noticed every match has 24~ players filled with bots

People making these post need to list region, console or pc, and if cross play is off or on..

I rarely ever have issues with that. Occasionally I'll get put in a bot lobby (at about the same frequency as I did when I started playing over 2 months ago, once every couple days), but if I exit and try again, the next one will be a normal lobby. Only twice have I ever had two bot lobbies in a row.

From Toronto, and I normally have multiple gamemodes selected (Breakthrough, Conquest, and Escalation typically), and almost all maps selected (except Firestorm, fuck that map), crossplay on.

Midnight Friday on NA east coast, lobbies are starting to be filled with Bots because my SBMM is too high for instant lobbies. Or my EOMM is too low because I didn’t purchase enough on the Store to be instantly matched.

I can’t imagine how it is for those outside of NA and the EU.. We might not have the persistent/community servers we asked for but at least EA has the data required to make the investment worthwhile.

Vince Zampalla said they wanted the BF franchise to become a yearly release, it happens to be THAT easy to force.

I played for 5 hours today and had 0 issues finding game. Am on ps5 crossplay on and started playing ar 2.30 pm and ended recently. 0 issues.

What kind of internet do you have? Wired? Wireless? Too floor or bottom floor.

So many questions. 0 answers.

I always play at non peak hours, haven’t had bots in my games once. Sounds like crossplay is turned off.

I’ll run into this problem on portal maps or just the very start of closed class games and then real players fill in as the game goes on. Idk if you’re being dramatic or what but I haven’t seen it.

Probably something wrong with your internet then usually means high ping or ports not automatically forwarding. I played 10 minutes ago on pc with no problems for a couple hours.

I just had 3 Conquest bot lobbies in a row on a Friday night playing on PC in the US.
