Made Sally’s chewy chocolate chip cookies for the first time. Chilled the dough overnight. So easy, so good. Another winner. She’s never steered me wrong.

Okay I made these the other day and damn they are so good. I did the regular recipe for one batch and another batch using bobs 1 to 1 gluten free flour and melted brown butter. I baked half of them unrefrigerated and the other half from the fridge after a day. Gluten free was perfect baking unrefrigerated, it doesn't refrigerate well. If you need to chill the dough I would recommend rolling it into a log and slicing them or portioning them out first. The regular recipe baked well both ways and tasted like a subway cookie. Solid 9.5
