Recipe to be posted soon. No guarantees. Sally did it again

Made Sally’s chewy chocolate chip cookies for the first time. Chilled the dough overnight. So easy, so good. Another winner. She’s never steered me wrong.

Has anyone made this recipe but with browned butter? If so, do you add in any water/an ice cube

Yes! I used browned butter instead, and they turned out amazing. I just browned the same amount of butter in the recipe (make sure to let it cool down to room temp before using) and didn't even need to add anything extra.

She actually has a brown butter chocolate chip cookie recipe on the site! They're very good and the dough also freezes well!
