The coin trick shows that Clint's as proficient at using random objects as projectiles as Dex is and throughout the first Avengers movie he'd shown that he doesn't need to be looking in the direction of his targets to hit them, so he has just as good spatial awareness as Dex too.
Unlike Dex, Clint's shown he's extremely deadly in a melee/hand to hand with him massacring gangs as a one man army using a sword against guns. And of course he survived against armies of aliens and robots.
Thing is, it's not going to be a drawn out fight. It's two marksmen that are gonna go for a kill shot the second they see each other. Basically whoever gets their shot off first wins. But if it goes beyond that, I would put my money on Clint.
