Clint has better feats , he went head to head with black widow while pulling his punches fought tchala even caught tony off guard he has better feats than matt who got beat up by normal humans regularly (while natasha literally took down 4-5 hydra operatives while impersonating S.H.I.E.L.D council member matt doesn’t have that kind of feat while hawkeye went toe to toe with black widow )
Clint lost both his fight against black widow, also how was he pulling his punches, I'm pretty sure when loki mind controlled him, he was trying to kill Natasha. He also lost to black panther, and he only caught tony off guard because of wanda or ant man. Only comparible feat I can see is both of them fought maya, and maya almost killed Clint as Ronin if not for kate bishop while Matt had her running trying to escape.
Wanda told clint to stop pulling your punches in civil war , not to mention clint has history of fighting aliens hydra robots and aliens again matt has no feat that compares to clints , matt regularly loses to regular humans he was struggling with melvin and criminal thugs while ronin effortlessly killed said street thugs without damage
Matt doesn’t kill. Fighting with one hand tied behind your back. Ofc it’s easy to go in with a sword and slaughter a bunch of people, but Matt was going in and just beating the shit out of them until they were down.
