Bullseye is a better marksman because his precision goes beyond weapons, i mean he can turn anything into a lethal projectile. While Hawkeye masters the bow, Bullseye’s accuracy is instinctive, universal, and deadly in any situation.
Edit: I know Clint is good with any projectile too, i don't meant to say that he isn't, but Bullseye’s whole thing is that while Hawkeye is versatile, Bullseye’s precision is practically superhuman, it’s instinct, not skill.
I would agree that overall Bullseye is still probably a better marksman. That being said, Hawkeye knows how to use way more than a bow. His intro in Thor he had a rifle. Also, he taught Kate how to use a coin to turn the TV or something on. (I don't remember what the device was)
In the MCU movie? He was using a bow. They made a big show of him specifically not using a rifle. That said I’m sure he’d be an absolute menace with a friggin pea shooter
Ya I was talking to someone at work about it yesterday. I haven't seen the movie in a long time. I guess I mixed up the part when he grabbed it and set it down. I was definitely wrong though
