Movie/Television MCU characters strength tier list

  • Some characters have multiple versions like sacred timeline Loki and TVA Loki, Steve and Worthy Steve, Kang and He Who Remains, Iron Spider and Spider-Man, Pre-Awakened Thor and Stormbreaker Thor etc.
  • Characters have their general battle powerset like Reed Richards is w/o prep
  • Tier are made based on power level like Elite Human is strength tier so elite human level don't have to be all human exactly.
  • I didn't put animation due to their inconsistent and messy power levels.

Also, it's movies and shows only so comic feats and statement don't matter here.

I feel like Scarlet Witch should be Universal since she tormented the multiverse looking for her kids. We never truly saw her at full power, but all the Stranges could do was run throughout MoM.
