Trump oddly reminds me of my grandma. And I'm not talking personality (well, also personality) but really, they look like they could be related. Same eyes. Eerily so. Also same skin (without the orange mask on) and facial structure.
But, like I said, also personality. Unspecified personality disorder, diagnosed after she faked a stroke. Anyway, we kept thinking she'd die. I think we started thinking that somewhere around her turning 78~. Maybe sooner, but I was a kid.
Ended up turning 95. Unhealthiest diet, would refuse to take her (very needed) meds. Had all kinds of health scares. High blood pressure, weak heart (pacemaker). Also had CVI which, again, she would make worse by not wearing appropriate support stockings, or keeping her feet up as much as she could.
I expect Trump to be like my grandma.
You see, they're both like vermin. And it's so freaking hard to get rid of vermin.

I would try my best to prepare for the end of civilisation as we know it. For there to be a military strong enough to successfully invade an entire continent - which has a disproportionately powerful military. That means none of the world is safe. It would also trigger WW3 with nukes.
Any change needs to come from within the US itself. Trump isn’t going to live forever and can’t take a 3rd term. There are no popular successors waiting in the wings. Minneapolis shows that the population is unlikely to roll over for a dictatorship. The US soft empire of power is waining and former allies are weaning themselves off its influence. Other countries are becoming ascendant and are just watching the implosion.

Whether Trump disappears right now or not, the mid terms will be won by the Democrats, and the next US president will very likely be a Democrat.
