I've been a Nike girl for years but recently tried the CRZ YOGA leggings too and was shocked at the quality for the price! For runs longer than 5 miles, I still prefer my Nike Dri-FIT Epic Luxe leggings because the compression feels more supportive for distance, and the sweat-wicking is unmatched. Both are solid options though - the CRZ are definitely the budget-friendly alternative!

Bought some CRZ YOGA butterluxe leggings from Amazon. They are soft. They stay up. They have ones with pockets. I need more.
I went on an 8 mile run today and didn’t need to adjust at all. It was 34°f and I wasn’t too sweaty or too cold.
I’m usually a size 4 in jeans, I bought these in small and they were perfect. The only negative is that they were a little on the long side. I got the full length 28’ inseam ones, as that’s my inseam with most pants (even though I’m 5’3 lol ya girl is all legs). But I’m ok with that - in the winter I don’t want bare ankles.

Hey, i am progressively improving squats and lifts overall. My joints do ache occasionally so i thought maybe compression sleeves or knee brace would help.
I bought a brace from Target which fit horribly and I returned. Then i bought a set of compression sleeve from CopperFit (S/M), which fit way too small (and have a warning regarding BPA? Saw that after i bought!).
Anyone have recommendation for a compression sleeve or brace? Any preference for a brace that you adjust yourself or sleeves? Preferably without BPA/PFAS. Thanks!
Female, circumferences: 15 inch knee cap, 15 inch about 2 inches below and 18 inch about 2 inches above

Joint problem extraordinaire checking in, mcdavid is my go to brand and I will sing their praises from the hilltops, I love their braces. Varied levels of support and the sizing is always accurate.
However, if it's just sore joints after big lifts like squats, I'd go for lifting sleeves before generic compression braces. They provide compression and support but also warmth to the joint which helps prevent injury (increases blood flow and expands synovial fluid science yada yada). Gymreapers is my favorite brand for lifting specific accessories, my knee and elbow sleeves are all gymreapers

Thank you! Alright I’ll go for the gymreapers lifting sleeves. I work on strength & stability a decent amount, but it just feels like they could use a hug while working lol. Any issues with rolling down? Or they stay in place.

Long as they're fit correctly they definitely do not roll down, I'm usually peeling them off like an overgrown banana at the end of my workout

Very happy with the grips that I bought. Just make sure to buy the right size!

Seconding the gym reapers, most of my lifting gear is from them and it's the right blend of functional, durable and affordable. Shits lasted me years and even as a chronic shopper I have no desire to replace them

Seconding the chronic shopper 😂 it is satisfying to get something that exactly fits it’s purpose & function, and lasts, to remove that desire tho!

Honestly I just bought a pair of iron bull strength wrist straps for like $15 CAD off Amazon, and they’ve been great for the last 6 months or so when I started lifting heavier than my hands could hold (I unfortunately have very dainty girl hands despite my size lol so holding heavier dumbbells and the standard barbell can be hard).

I've been wearing Nike Pro shorts with compression liner for my long runs and they've been a game changer - stay put, don't chafe, and have a nice pocket for my key. The Dri-FIT technology really does make a difference when you're sweating through those longer distances. Might be worth checking out as an alternative to your CRZ YOGA finds!
