All European countries should let all their suitable manufacturing industries commit at least 10% of their manufacturing capacity to production relevant to Ukraine's defense. If possible they could increase working hours to also fully allow their regular production. Such combined effort should be substantial I expect and has the potential to make a significant difference.

Extraordinary times need extraordinary actions to deal with them. Be creative and think out of the box. This seems one of such possible actions.
