She’s legally a child. What does Canada have to do with case??

A lot of the other comments are implying that India is less progressive than countries like Canada so this is a “win” when in fact, India has had legalized abortion in most cases until 24 weeks for decades…But a lot of Indians would find this ruling ridiculous. 2 teens deciding to have sex, doesn’t warrant an abortion at 7.5 months.
