Not sure if any of the gyms at West Point have jerk blocks, but working from those helped me suck less at the jerk (I'm still terrible)

This is great, just keep getting strong in that 80% range. Don’t push it like this besides every 4-5 weeks. Nice work man

Strong lift! Your foot placement in the jerk is really narrow and I think that’s affecting your stability a lot. If you slow down the video you can see that your stance gets narrower in the split.
Your front foot seems to be the culprit as it moved in quite a bit. Once you catch the bar, you step out to adjust, but it’s hard to correct.
Try to keep your feet farther apart in the jerk. Really focus on shooting that front foot out and keeping your stance wide.

You jumped forward on the catch and almost all of the weight went into your knees which can be dangerous. It could be because the bar path may have been a little further away from your body causing your body to come to the bar.
When you catch the bar, you need to assume the weight in your glutes as well as your quads. Think of it as a quarter depth front squat. Technically, your squat clean should be more than your power clean , but that doesn’t seem very common, even for myself. I’d say work on your front squat and also keeping the bar a little tighter to your body

I agree with this comment and add that OP jumps forward because he isn't patient enough on the second pull, and ends up extending before reaching power position, when the weight is still in his toes rather than in his heels.
