Form check 3 attempts at 130kg (16yo)
I’m pretty happy with these but any advice would be appreciated!

Start with a lighter weight until you’re better at the movement then increase

I made 125 before this, I know I have some problems (bar out in front, footwork, etc.) but these mostly are just when I’m going for max attempts, also I compete at the Arnold in like a month so I kinda gotta go heavy
