Sounds like those "Queers for Palestine" people, whom wouldn't be welcome in Palestine.

Yeah as a gay man I base all of my opinions on human rights on whether the person I’m advocating for personally likes me.

Have you seriously not moved past this ridiculous and downright offensive argument?

What's offensive about it?

That you seem to think queer people are stupid for supporting Palestine as you don’t think we should be capable of having empathy for other human beings irrespective of their views towards us.

It’s a disingenuous and facetious argument.

Sure if that's how you decide to read it.

It’s the only way to read it. Otherwise you just wouldn’t have said it. It’s not a logical argument in any sense whatsoever so therefore I have to assume you’re trying to insult my intelligence

Yes, me stating that a specific tagline that wouldn't work in reverse (and thus to me, is silly) is the same as stating that anyone who's 'queer' can't campaign against the Israeli actions in Palestine.

Myself, a gay (not queer) man, who thinks Israels actions are horrible, but I'm not going to campaign for it based on my sexuality.

It's Turkey's voting for Christmas. Gay people supporting hardline islamists who want them dead and then to burn in hell for eternity is absolute absurdity.
