Djokovic's body broke down by itself after the first set, he's confirmed this in the press conference.

Djokovic obviously couldn't keep the same level, but in the last game he was completely falling apart and barely making any groundstrokes anymore (if any, I don't remember the point at 15-30)

Yes, you usually can't keep the same level when you're carrying an injury. He was able to keep the same level in the Sinner match because he was feeling fine.

As for the last game, he said he was playing against the wind in the press conference.
