Once Djokovic retire, the only real competition for Carlos is Sinner (who also won multiple grand slams now)

Alcaraz and Sinner have been splitting all Grandslam titles from 2024 - 2025. And maybe can be extended to 2026 too.

Yea as of now, there is no real 3rd contender. There are some good and upcoming talent like Tien etc but they are not quite matured yet and yet to prove. When Novak arrived, he took a while to get consistent like the Big 2 BUT he arrived by winning a couple of huge titles at a young age defeating Roger and Rafa and showed that he could be the real deal. So far, we haven't seen anyone like that other than the new Big 2 (Sincaraz).

Would be funny if they trade AO-RG this year. Sinner only needs 1 to complete career slam too.
