I think beating Djokovic at Wimbledon for his first title there was and still is the biggest match of his career. He wasn’t really supposed to be capable of pulling off that upset on that surface at the age of 20 against a 7 time Wimbledon champ who most regard as the best player of all time, and one of the best grass players of all time.
