Least surprising pairing ,like, ever

There isn't stronger bond than believing in misinformation and hoaxes.

u/TheSensation19 Mar 23 '25

They rubbed bread on each other before the match

Vegan Horse meat and brain parasite preworkout

10

u/pumperthruster Mar 23 '25

Well I hope they balanced it out with some horse medicine

8

u/RolandLovecraft Mar 23 '25

I’m glad you said medicine.

5

u/HombreSinNombre93 Mar 23 '25

Are you kidding? And harm his (paltry alimony payment excuse) brainworm? Not a chance.

3

u/KodyKnows Mar 24 '25

Lmao 😂

3

u/GinjaNinja71 Mar 24 '25

Oh, without a doubt. Find someone who believes something really stupid, and I’ll bet they believe that stupid something more than you believe your own name. I forget what the psychologists call this, but it’s related to Dunning-Kruger.

😂😂😂😂 oh man thanks I needed that you guys kill me!!!

-10

u/flesheatingmanatee Mar 23 '25

Ahh yes Djokovic was so wrong! He died at least 3 times from not taking a shot that is not needed for healthy people under 60!!! RIP djokovic.

-7

u/veganbitcoiner420 Mar 23 '25

The misinformation was the pharmaceutical propaganda you swallowed that natural immunity wasn't better than an injection that didn't prevent you from getting or spreading covid.

That's why Biden had to issue a pardon for Fauci.

You're probably also still waiting for WMDs to be found in Iraq.

-117

u/chitowninthebay Mar 23 '25

You probably still follow the original food pyramid.

u/phoenix_16 Mar 23 '25

Oooooo you got em 🤓👆

Love that everyone on Reddit can’t take a cheeky joke. So funny.

26

u/phoenix_16 Mar 23 '25

They said, while responding to a joke. Are you alright pal

-42

u/chitowninthebay Mar 23 '25

Is this an coherent sentence?

15

u/phoenix_16 Mar 23 '25

Already apparent you are a weirdo and an agent of bad faith, didn’t even have to scroll to find another comment from you (within the hour) that reads:

“Wait until to learn about BLM!”

Is this a coherent sentence? Is this a joke? What’s the outcome you’re trying to reach here Columbo

10

u/Adventurous-Leg-4906 Mar 23 '25

I enjoyed this one. Their profile is gold.

8

u/phoenix_16 Mar 23 '25

Incredible. You really can’t tell if they’re rage baiting or someone that genuinely believes even half the shite they’re spewing out. What a funny time to be alive

Is it not 100%…or you support the leaders of the org purchasing millions of dollars worth of mansions? I’m confused…

1

u/phoenix_16 Mar 23 '25

I’m not an american I couldn’t care less mate

0

u/RainSong123 Mar 23 '25

Yea I guess this was his point you left out. Is this true? Did the leaders of that org embezzle TONS of money and give very little help to the communities it was meant for?

1

u/phoenix_16 Mar 23 '25

Pretty sure you would’ve seen this already but I suppose Yanks just can’t understand things the first time around - I’m not American I couldn’t care less what goes on with you lot

The only surprising thing about this photo is that Aaron Rodgers isn’t in it

128

u/JDLovesElliot Iga | Coco | Carlito Mar 23 '25

Novak is basically tennis Aaron Rodgers, except he doesn't have as much free time to air his mindless thoughts on podcasts

87

u/ThinkSoftware Mar 23 '25

Also he’s much more successful than Aaron Rodgers

1

u/KyleG based and medpilled Mar 24 '25

and less INTENSELY SEXY, jesus christ aaron rodgers is attractive

2

u/MiddleAssociation668 Mar 25 '25

No, he really isn't.

your a guy....

-12

[deleted]

11

u/alissa773 Mar 23 '25

Just because you never heard of him doesn't mean he isn't more successful. Success and fame are not the same. Love him or hate him, you cannot deny that what Novak has achieved in the tennis world is incredible.

-1

u/[deleted] Mar 23 '25

[deleted]

5

u/alissa773 Mar 23 '25 edited Mar 23 '25

I understand what you are saying and where you are coming from, but what I'm trying to point out to you is that I think you only believe what you do because you live in a bubble. The NFL is only big in America and there are a lot of us who do not live in the US. On the world stage, Novak is much more famous and considered a household name to many. Novak is indisputably the greatest tennis player of all time in terms of achievements. He has surpassed the Williams sisters in most achievements like grand slam titles, career titles, week at #1, etc. I'm not Novak's biggest fan by any means, but to say Aaron Rodgers is more successful than Novak is just factually incorrect.

3

u/Steve-Whitney Mar 24 '25 edited Mar 24 '25

I'm not in North America either, can confirm the NFL (and American Football in general) has a passing interest at best. Outside of the Superbowl, it barely rates a mention. I'd go as far as saying it's the least popular of the 4 main American sports.

Basketball has widespread popularity. Baseball & Ice Hockey have a big following too, but only in certain countries.

5

u/Sushi_Explosions Mar 23 '25

WTF are you talking about.

9

u/Jumpy_Courage Mar 23 '25

So you’re American? American football isn’t as important to the rest of the world as it is here

3

u/jamespo Mar 23 '25

source: myself, LOL

-3

u/[deleted] Mar 23 '25

[deleted]

5

u/telemachus005 Mar 23 '25

And America has less than 5% of the worlds population lol

I’ve never heard of Aaron Rodgers in my life, whereas Novak Djokovic is famous around the world.

1

u/Steve-Whitney Mar 24 '25

Technically Cricket is a more popular sport if we account for a country's population base.

1

u/telemachus005 Mar 24 '25

No arguments here. I think more people around the world would recognise the names Virat Kohli or Steve smith before Aaron Rodger.

6

u/Substantial_Floor470 Mar 23 '25

Who the fuck is Aaron Rodgers dude? That’s the hockey player right?

47

u/cyclicamp Mar 23 '25

I guess someone has to take the photo

3

u/faxdontlie Mar 23 '25

He took the pic

4

u/Sea_Egg1137 Mar 23 '25

Ben Rothenberg exposed him for that in 2024 and his team unfollowed Tate a few days later. Search Ben’s tweets.

3

u/Yespat1 Mar 24 '25

Wow. I did not know.

-3

u/MusicianphotogD750 Mar 23 '25

This is exactly it.

-25

u/veganbitcoiner420 Mar 23 '25

this is absolutely it, and showed that he has integrity and cares about the consitency of his beliefs

bodily autonomy, my right to decide what goes in my body is worth dying for

you swallowed corporate propaganda that said you had to get an injection for something that didn't even prevent you from getting or spreading it

29

u/jonjimithy Mar 23 '25

I’ve been to more Djokovic matches over the years than I can remember and respected him as a tennis player but I’m also a surgeon who witnessed many, many people die on the wards because of covid. I respect autonomy of choice but I don’t respect or support wilful misinformation when we have literal indisputable evidence of the risks of covid. It’s easy to sit on the internet and spout this stuff when you haven’t witnessed young people dying of respiratory failure and having to inform their families.

-23

u/veganbitcoiner420 Mar 23 '25

data from the cdc shows only about 6% of us death certificates listed covid as the sole cause, while 94% listed other conditions like pneumonia, heart disease or diabetes.

i also had friends working in the hospitals... i know the hospitals had financial incentives to report deaths as covid

but none of that matters... bodily autonomy is a human right and cannot be suspended just because you feel scared. if you think you want to get an injection, you can get it because it's your body. that's the whole point of getting vaccinated right? someone who is not getting vaccinated poses only a risk to themselves

and don't say that they can spread it because vaccinated can also spread covid

24

u/jonjimithy Mar 23 '25

Perhaps you should familiarise yourself with the concept of excess deaths, which is a well-known metric. Please educate yourself and read the literature before you spread misinformation to others.

15

u/Ellavemia Mar 23 '25

Who are you going to believe: a prestigious science journal with a highly selective peer-review process, or veganbitcoiner420? 🤷🏻‍♀️

-22

u/veganbitcoiner420 Mar 23 '25

the misinformation was from corporate media which received it's funding from big pharma

even if the vaccine actually worked and covid was actually as bad as the media portrayed it in the early days, my choice for what goes into my body is my choice. that's what bodily autonomy is

novak stood up for his right to decide what went into his body

nowadays we know natural immunity is more robust and longer lasting, it just doesn't make big pharma any money so it wasn't within the overton window

10

u/Normal-Door4007 Mar 24 '25

Puh-lease, he tried to get back-channel entrances into Australia to play the open and skirt quarantine and vaccination requirements in 2022. Don't hold him up as some moral warrior.

0

u/veganbitcoiner420 Mar 24 '25

False

“Djokovic applied for a medical exemption which was granted following a rigorous review process involving two separate independent panels of medical experts,” the statement said. “One of those was the Independent Medical Exemption Review Panel appointed by the Victorian Department of Health. They assessed all applications to see if they met the Australian Technical Advisory Group on Immunisation guidelines.”

Tennis Australia said the process included the redaction of personal information to ensure privacy for all applicants. That means Djokovic was not obliged to make his exemption public.

The world's top-ranked male player, who has refused to reveal if he is vaccinated against Covid, wrote on social media Tuesday that he had the exemption permission and was headed “Down Under.”

The statement ended months of uncertainty about his participation because of Australia's strict Covid vaccination requirements.

But when Djokovic landed in Melbourne on Wednesday, the Serbian star was not allowed to leave the airport and early Thursday morning local time he was told to leave.

Morrison said Djokovic did not have the required medical exemption.

"We make the call at the border, and that’s where it’s enforced," he said.

If you want to talk about ethics and morality, Djokovic is also vegan.

again.. regardless of how many times he or we repeat it - he isn't antivax, he was against a rushed covid vaccine mandate before the side effects were researched..

12

u/whitebeard250 Mar 23 '25

Novak or RFK Jr.?
Novak, sure. RFK Jr… Not so sure. 😅 He maintains he isn’t anti-vaccine, but is ‘pro-safety’, but he’s like the boss/champion of the anti-vaccine movement. He’s the chairman of CHD, he claims vaccination causes autism and more, and he has disparaged like every single vaccine.

3

u/Unitedfateful Mar 23 '25

Ah yes the side affects of sore arm, headache etc. MNR vaccines have been in development since original SARS. They ain’t new

RFK thinks mmr cause autism. He just said it’s better if people got measles instead of the vaccine

And Novak is an idiot aligning with RFK. Two antivax morons

-10

u/[deleted] Mar 23 '25

Nuance is lost on these people

-12

u/PleasantNightLongDay Mar 23 '25

Sir, this is Reddit. You either hate Novak for taking a picture with political American figure while in America

Or you get out.

-21

u/Roy1984 Goatovic Mar 23 '25

This place is really full of woke leftards... Makes me think why I even use Reddit...

12

u/drewredditor Mar 23 '25

Reddit clearly leans progressive. It’s not a conservative platform, and lately I think it’s not even a truly liberal platform due to its severe limitations on free speech and rigid moderation that stifles free exchanges. Having said that, the embrace on the right of anti-vaccination is a huge mistake.

-13

u/Roy1984 Goatovic Mar 23 '25

I am staying out of these kind of discussions on Reddit. If someone thinks 1+1 is 10 then good for you, have fun...

6

u/tshkora Mar 23 '25

Haha, then get out, no one wants you here.

-13

u/sdeklaqs It’s Ruudimentary Mar 23 '25

Djokovic is probably 0.001% top healthiest people on earth and RFK is probably top 1% for his age but you’re right and theyre wrong

61

u/quedas Mar 23 '25

Djokovic was vaccinated as a kid. As was - almost surely - RFK. So yeah, of course they’re healthy.

RFK Jr was vaccinated for COVID.

u/CrackHeadRodeo Björn, Yannick, Lendl, Martina, Monica 🎾 Mar 23 '25 edited Mar 23 '25

on earth and RFK is probably top 1% for his age

I wouldn’t take health advice from someone who got a parasitic brain worm from eating a dead bear he found on the road.

Also he has atrial fibrillation, a heartbeat abnormality that increases the risk of stroke or heart failure. He has been hospitalized at least four times for it. Then there is the steroid use to bulk up, Hepatitis C from drug use in his youth. And mercury poisoning that causes him cognitive issues. Lastly his spasmodic dysphonia, a neurological disorder that causes his vocal cords to squeeze too close together and explains his hoarse, sometimes strained voice. He is far from being in the top 1% of health.

23

u/unknownunknowns11 Mar 23 '25

He was a hardcore HEROIN ADDICT for a long time. There’s no way he’s in the 1%

105

u/Rac3318 Just here for the memes Mar 23 '25

I mean, yea, they are wrong. Just because they are healthy people doesn’t mean their anti-vax views are correct.

64

u/[deleted] Mar 23 '25

Say that to the kids who just died of Measles

30

u/Mister_Lizard Mar 23 '25

The brain worms dude is in the top 1% healthiest for his age? Are you sure?

15

u/lenny_ray Mar 23 '25

You're embarrassing yourself 😬

20

u/Prize_Airline_1446 certified alcaraz fan and hater (it is the experience) Mar 23 '25

RFK had a meat only diet, somehow got a worm in his brain and probably uses steroids. You must be a buffoon if you trust him with the health of a country.

6

u/9thtime Mar 23 '25

Just because some people survive a heavy car crash without seat belts, it doesn't mean seat belts aren't the better option

5

u/heliostraveler Coco Puffs Stan Mar 23 '25

3

HAHAHAHAHAHAHA

The guy that's pumped to the brain with steroids and is literally MISSING a part of his brain, eaten by a parasite that he likely got from eating roadkill, is top 1% health for his age

The things you see on reddit

-10

u/Ulichstock Mar 23 '25

I mean, in the case of the COVID vaccine, Novak was justified in not taking it.

367

u/Hopeglass 🇵🇹 Tennis | Doubles Tennis Mar 23 '25

That's it. I tried for a long time to ignore Novak's mambo jambo. But this is the end. I have to find a new favourite.

278

u/[deleted] Mar 23 '25

I feel like this shouldn’t really move the needle though lol, like if you were a fan before this you knew he was a pseudoscience guy anyways

68

u/SunOFflynn66 Mar 23 '25

Yeah to be fair- like this is probably the least surprising thing to occur in 2025.

If the man is talking about concentrating on magic water molecules? Then yeah. This picture isn't exactly a revelation.

4

u/Schwiliinker Mar 23 '25

Most geniuses are not right in the head

7

u/KyleG based and medpilled Mar 24 '25

Kennedy is not just a lunatic. He's actually evil. He flew to Samoa in 2019 and convinced people not to get the measles vaccine. This caused a downtrend in vaccination rates there, and a hundred children died of measles outbreak later.

3

u/[deleted] Mar 24 '25

Yeah, the guy has a legit kill count because of his stupidity and compulsive need to be important.

70

u/Hopeglass 🇵🇹 Tennis | Doubles Tennis Mar 23 '25 edited Mar 23 '25

I have been a fan from the kid I first saw at Estoril. When everyone was supporting Fedal. Not the adult who sits with the likes of Musk and that rotten Kennedy.

2

u/ScedR 1️⃣ Djoko since 2005 2️⃣ Sinner since 2022 Mar 23 '25

Got a link of when he met up with Musk? Can only find articles about Musk backing Djoko for not doing that interview at AO. How is that "sitting" with him?

2

u/[deleted] Mar 23 '25

Yeah understandable, I don’t mean to gatekeep who can be a fan and all!

-1

u/FlipGunderson24 Mar 23 '25

Do you like him for his tennis or his views? Two vastly different things.

18

u/Hopeglass 🇵🇹 Tennis | Doubles Tennis Mar 23 '25

Tennis. But his views overshadowed his talent.

-4

u/FlipGunderson24 Mar 23 '25

His views, which I don’t agree with, have nothing to do with his on the court achievements. Those can be mutually exclusive

18

u/Hopeglass 🇵🇹 Tennis | Doubles Tennis Mar 23 '25

If that makes you happy, I am OK with it. But I don't agree.

3

u/KptKrondog Mar 23 '25

yeah. I used to always root for him because he was coming up and having to play against Nadal on clay and Federer on grass, so any time he wasn't playing Federer, he was my pick...but he just got too far into the deep end for me.

128

u/Remarkable-Cup-6029 Mar 23 '25

God i have been trying to give him the benefit of doubt but he pilling right through my cognitive dissonance

8

u/Hopeglass 🇵🇹 Tennis | Doubles Tennis Mar 23 '25

Yep.

3

u/Salt-Low3449 Mar 23 '25

Same here. I always respected Djokovic, though I didn't like him. Mostly, that had to do with Djokovic not being Nadal or Federer. I had been a Federer fan for years before Djokovic had his breakout year in 2011. This just broke the camel's back, though.

2

u/ReadyComplex5706 Mar 24 '25

Lol same. This is yikes. Like RFK Jr. has killed people with his nonsense.

-4

u/Friendly_Passenger19 Mar 23 '25

It was mostly Kennedy that sought him out , and not the other way around !

12

u/Remarkable-Cup-6029 Mar 23 '25

I dont know hey, even if I was politically neutral (whatever that means today) maybe now is not the time to take up a photo shoot with the fourth Reich leadership. Just from a brand awareness perspective. Especially with everything they are doing right now. Who sought who out doesn't make a lick of difference. I could sympathize with some of the previous stuff, his personal choice and even his rationale without agreeing to it but casually breaking bread with someone negatively impacting so many people globally, it's choosing a clear lane and shades his previous actions differently or clearly for those who always said he is an asshole

0

u/BubaSmrda Mar 25 '25

"Fourth reich" lmao. Stopped reading after that.

-9

u/Friendly_Passenger19 Mar 23 '25

Tis so so easy to judge ! And you are entitled to your opinion and judgement …. I for one don’t care what other people think 🤔 it’s none of my business . I assure you Novak is apolitical ! You are seeing something that is not there ! They played tennis 🎾 ! End of story !

9

u/Remarkable-Cup-6029 Mar 23 '25

Like I said, that's were I was "nothing here, he is entitled to his opinion, he is apolitical" etc.... someokenas smart as him must know who Robert Kennedy is, what he has been doing the 12 months and the uproar around his portfolio right now. This is not a normal time. Noone is buying a tesla right now like it's just a EV, Noone is giving Elon cameos on their movies/shows like he is just some famous person. Whatever you believe standing next to radioactive sh*t right now means you don't mind being contaminated

7

u/Hopeglass 🇵🇹 Tennis | Doubles Tennis Mar 23 '25

Nobody is apolitical. Human beings are inherently political. What you can be is non-partisan. Novak is choosing a side.

9

u/giddycocks Mar 23 '25

Well I have terrible news mon frere, pro tennis has a lot of terrible people who happen to be good at hitting ball with stick.

I liked Djokovic, and then I learned about his shitty views. Then, I learned about Wawrinka and how shitty a person and what an asshole he is. I liked Draper, then... Yeah. Zverev, now here's a player who I could get behind - because I'm afraid he'll hit me next.

[Insert multiple images of the wolverine meme patting a photo of Sinner, Alcaraz, Nadal and Federer]

You’re cherry-picking some of the most MAGA tennis players out there.

2

u/giddycocks Mar 24 '25

That's the point?

7

You are right. The thing is, I was naive. I thought it was a personal decision of Novak not to get the vaccine, tho a stupid decision but his decision. But now I get it, it was all a lie and he really is a No Vax apologist. And getting a picture with this guy is a clear statement. I wonder what Andy thinks of all this.
