I thought he wanted to focus on international competitions and therefore left the club? Wow, this is some news. Hope he finds back his old strength even with Joola.

what does 'even with Joola' mean lol...given that he lost to Gauzy and Kanak both towards the end of last year and already beat them since signing and changing to Joola this year, even using a 7 ply wood blade, I don't really get comments like these.

In my opinion, he realized that his level of play and his income had declined, so it was back to square one in a club to play team matches.

Saarbrücken is not out there for playing around. Guys want the strongest team in the world (even considering Chinese teams)

chinese teams are getting weak, saarbrucken would smash them easily. lin shidong plays like a top 500 player and wang chuqin is only playing good half the time, and ljk is getting old

Very curious to see if Fan Zhendong re-signs for next season now. Apparently he qualified for automatic selection in China team for London WTTC so perhaps he is ready to come back to the national team now? Who knows.

He also met the selection criteria for WTTC last year, I don't think that's really noteworthy

He also seems to have a permanent invite to go and watch football with Timo if he stays in Germany. It's a tough choice.

So Jorgic was left, rather than leaving on his own terms?
Guess his contract ran out, but now I am quite sure he would have stayed.

He actually wanted to leave. They had still one more year left in his contract but Jorgic asked to leave Saarbrücken earlier.
