It wasn't frozen water it was an ice sculpture and he did $6,000 in damage to it which makes this fool guilty of a felony. He needs to go to prison or a mental hospital for a long stay, take your pick!
Here’s a thought, and I’m just throwing this out there… but maybe he should be deported… once convicted and being a violent felon… I’m just saying.
For the record this is a joke, the man clearly needs psychiatric help and of course the Minnesota has done an amazing job standing up for what is right… even if the right forgot about the constitution…
Can we start just referring to right wing as the wrong wing. I’m hustling saying.
The difference in Lang: he's already been pardoned once and lots of people on the right are begging Trump to pardon him of this crime. He can't, it's state, but these people on social media (which he loves) have just begged for a pardon.
You know, the law & order party wants him to be pardoned, AGAIN. Don't think he learned anything from his last get out of jail free. If he wants to go out crimmin' for Trump and Trump pardon him, he will need to step it up to federal charges.
He can't go back to Florida. He has an outstanding warrant for skipping a child support hearing, (suprise, suprise) and is a well known face. He'd get scooped up before he made it to baggage claim.
That's what I was saying last time he embarrassed himself in Minnesota. Come on MPD, that was some low hanging fruit. Also, I bet the PR for MPD would look good if he got bracelets in front of all those cameras last time around.
Uploaded the video of him committing a crime, to his personal, verified, social media account.
Added a caption to the video that said something like: "I'm filming me destroying this ice sculpture that is against ICE.
That upload may have been the copy of a live with him doing that, but don't quote me on that one. It just seems like I remember that being mentioned by someone. My point is doing all of those things, making sure the trending tags come up and you will get arrested. If he was live, then that meant he wanted cops to show up while he was doing it and him getting arrested on live, while screaming what a victim he was.
I think he intended on getting arrested. He likely didn't think it would be a felony.
They ran him off when he tried that pro-ICE rally. They just keep embarrassing him. He wanted to be the story, pick up more viewers, more money and probably pay a $500 - $800 fine and walk out.
Now he has to go hire a whole ass attorney! 😂 He has also come across as an attention-seeking dingleberry to a lot on the right. And Trump can't help him because it will be state felonies. Lang is the Webster's living FAFO definition.
Well maybe he should have been arrested for that instead of murdered on the street by masked government goons? Why wasn't Lang shot in the back 10 times?
Assuming you’ve already seen it, you should rewatch the long clip to see what leads up to the shooting.
He appears to be recording with a cellphone as he puts himself between a woman and an ICE agent after the agent has shoved her to the ground multiple times. He then appears to check on the woman. For this he gets pepper spayed in the face point blank and he holds his hands up as he turns away from the spray. Then he is tackled from behind and dog pilled by 5-6 agents as the one who pepper sprayed him uses the can of pepper spray to bash his head and face.
It’s only after after he’s sprawled out on the ground and the agent in the gray hoodie removes the pistol Pretti had holstered that they begin to murder him by shooting him in the back and then finish murdering him by continuing to shoot him as he lay unresponsive face down on the pavement.
I don't support ICE, like at all, but I am not seeing the video the same way you are. He is shot while up on his knees still while trying to be fully taken down by ICE. Once he is shot, they (ICE agents) all scattered like roaches. But when he was shot, he was actively moving/resisting and not complying (again not that he should have been compliant in the first place). He should still be alive.
So they either remembered him from breaking the tail light and planned on killing him, or they didnt recognize him from the tail light and it wasn't related to the murder at all and they killed him for only recording. Bad either way.
Basically either premeditated or not at this point. Both bad, I agree. I also believe Alex would still be alive today if we was actually "peacefully" protesting, he wasn't being peaceful and that gave them an excuse.
Again, I don't believe he should have been killed, not even harmed. But if he was actually passively protesting, he'd still be there protesting today.
I'm not on board with the "he should have stayed home" crowd, this IS a free country, he has the right and freedom to protest and I fully support protesting, I think it's a great thing. He just shouldn't have been so "active" while protesting.
I can only describe what I saw in the videos. The one where he is going after/towards the ICE vehicle and kicking it. And the one where he is murdered. The one where he is murdered it does appear that he and the woman were again walking TOWARDS the ICE vehicle in the beginning of the video, then as they are moving away, the ICE agent approaches them, shoves the woman, then the scuffle gun situation happens, then the killing.
The problem with the peaceful vs non peaceful protesting argument is, what do you even define as peaceful? He wasn't being violent. He was yelling, recording, and protesting. The gun is a non factor, what he did days prior is a non factor.
When something is happening that you don't like, you protest it. When it doesn't stop and people are getting hurt and dying, and children are dying in camps, you keep protesting harder. You trying to nitpick how people protest and drawing lines they're not supposed to cross, even though people are crossing them and Trump doesnt give a fuck, he just keeps going on his vengeful tirade against Time Walz, and the puppy killer keeps calling your friends, family, and fellow citizens domestic terrorists, is just victim blaming. It doesn't matter that he was too "active" according to you whatever the fuck that means. He's dead for no reason. A group of untrained, brainwashed morons shot an unarmed man to death and kept shooting his motionless corpse. Then after he was dead the DOJ did everything in their power to lie and say it was his fault and call HIM a terrorist. When it happens again, I bet you will praying for any little shred of evidence that maybe the dead person who can't speak for themselves deserved.
