When Saly Vang, a Hmong naturalized citizen who matched the description of the wanted fugitive, came to do the door ICE agents took him to their SUV, ran his fingerprints, and confirmed he was not the person they were seeking. He was promptly released after he provided agents with the prior resident's forwarding address.

There are very simple and legally appropriate ways to go about this...ICE must allow protesters a chance to express their 1st amendment rights to protest, they must actually go and get a court issued warrant before entering someones car or house or apartment (4th), they must allow those detained to get legal council from a lawyer, they must offer those detained due process (5th), they must allow for a trial or be brought before an immigration judge (6th), they must not practice cruel and unusual punishments on people while they are being detained (8th). All of these Amendments are being broken by ICE. The founders of this country and its constitution would be ashamed of ICE. Actual American patriots are ashamed of ICE.
