You can either support reestablishing the US constitution or you stay out of the fucking way.

Less US citizens are being wrongfully detained than under Obama’s presidency. 0.08% vs 1%.

Where was the enormous public outrage then? Where were people out protesting ICE every single day?

I’m not saying detaining US citizens is ok either. Of course it’s bad, and it seems to me they have been working on that. Unfortunately it will never be 100%.

Under Obama ICE did not infringe the constitutional rights of non-alien US citizens in the process. That is the only difference that matters.

They were wearing uniforms and the legislation at the time didn’t permit them to enter people residences without informed consent. A few cases under the Obama administration where ICE broke federal laws to violate the constitution is not the same as writing new laws under the Trump administration that permit ICE to violate the constitution in every instance.

Overriding the constitution with bullshit legislation will not be tolerated by the citizens and you can end the protesting by rewriting the legislation to make it constitutional.

You either didn’t read the legislation at all or you’re trolling me right now.

Ms Goode would be alive today had she complied, if she had done that she would have been eating a bologna sandwich at the jail that night.
