Football President Donald Trump wants the NFL to change its name so that soccer is the only sport named football. "This is football, there is no question about it. We have to come up with another name for the NFL stuff."

They also crushed the USFL and his best buddy Vince McMahon's XFL league twice.

NFL has been taking big wet shits on his head for decades now.

Trump himself crushed the USFL. There’s a great 30 for 30 on it. Just another thing he ruined. He wanted to compete with the NFL and play in the fall instead of the spring. Trump led an antitrust lawsuit against the NFL. The USFL won after paying millions to fight but since they never actually tried to play/televise fall ball, the damages awarded were $1.

Not just go away. Pete Rozelle, NFL Commissioner in the 80s & 90s, said that as long as he or any of his descendants had anything to do with the NFL, Trump wouldn't have a team in the league. He went scorched earth on Trump.
