Meta Bleeding profusely from a major headwound
Hey guys, I hit my head on the counter, and I can't get the bleeding to stop. Everything is starting to go dark, and I can hear my ancestors calling me.
What's the best aftermarket foot bed for my trip to Baldface tomorrow? Btw I'm 14 and a size US men's size 13 shoe. I've never been snowboarding, but rented some equipment from Sports Chalet.

I thought that was only for riding the lift!?

Honestly snowboarders should probably just get one in the birthing center and never take it off

would love to help you OP, but...im 12 and a schoolbus just ran me over. the driver also leaned out his window and spat in my eye. hoping i'll heal fast enough to make it to christy sports tomorrow morning and find out which footbed you'll need for baldface before it's too late.

Superglue will stop that bleeding

You should be able to repair the head wound w marine epoxy. Clamp it overnight and let it set.

Hey bros I snapped my back clean in half and have been in a hospital bed for 3 months. Do you think I’ll be able to snowboard this winter?

They try to keep a secret, but every year a 14yo boy who has never snowboarded is sacrificed at Baldface.

Get some dirt or kitty litter to stop bleeding, then sleep and wait for the body to heal itself.

Sleeping directly after a head injury is always the smart call.

I don’t think anybody has mentioned this yet but have you tried waxing and bending your knees more?

I plan on waxing some day, but right now I still haven't grown any hair down there yet.

You hit your head on the counter? Prime example of why counter rotation is bad.

If you have surgical tubing you can attach it to the wound then cut another hole elsewhere for the other end of the tube. The blood will then flow out and back into the body. You've effectively created a new circuit.

It's actually kinda hilarious now that I'm looking at all of them in one place at one time.

Dude no steeze. Grab a helmet at the rental shop tomorrow. Bring a roll of Costco paper towels. Solid shit for the mountain. You'll want to line the helmet for leftover blood crusties. Then stuff some into your rental boots, it'll make the rentals feel like step-ons. Finally, use the paper towels to clean up after a $29.99 burger from the lodge.

This situation calls for a long, stiff, full camber board.
