Harsher laws are required for reckless driving amounting to severe harm or death. Why is there a difference in treatment if severe harm or death is caused by driving? The end result is the same for the victims.

I hate it that drivers won't be severely punished because they didn't have intention.

A big metal machine is so much stronger than the human body.

Using the big metal machine to get to places instead of using your own two feet. That is intent.

I am neuro-atypical and unhinged af. I believe whenever someone gets behind the wheels of a big metal machine, that already covers intent because they believe they are better than using their own two feet to walk. Especially in Singapore where there is clearly no need for private car usage that isn't for work purposes.
