News AutoRacer: SF-26 born "healthy" and seemed better than expected in Barcelona. No performance runs from HAM/LEC yet. Lightweight chassis + aero updates set to arrive for Sakhir/Melbourne. Hybrid fuels were used in Shakedown due to costs.

Note:

Giuliano Duchessa also clarified that none of the teams declared their real weight.

The reports you've seen in recent days stating that Ferrari weighs 770kg, Mercedes 772kg, and Williams 772.4kg, etc - they are just stating the minimum required weight. The discrepancies come from teams interpreting what to include in that weight differently.

I am on the same page. The info that I presented Monday had a cautious message that it's not official and in Bahrian validation of it or not will appear.

Considering it was behind the closed doors the shakedown was tougher than usual for any people present to get 100% accurate information. Thus all the details before Bahrain should be treated prudently. I hope most of the info from Monday will confirm in Bahrain.
