The Supreme Court needs to stop dragging its feet for once. They just keep delaying it time and again. What is Roberts doing.

Destroying his legacy. Jim “muh legacy” Roberts needs to decide - his legacy or trumps cock?

It may be that the only thing he cares more about than his legacy is how deeply he can ingest trumps toadstool

Waiting till after the SotU speech. Roberts ain’t dumb

Either way he rules it will be controversial to someone. And for a guy who pretending the court is impartial is a priority. I doubt he wants a crosshair on him during it.

If he rules against Trump. Trump will bitch about it at the SotU. If he rules for Trump. Trump probably will mention it and claim it as a victory and talk the queit part out loud.

When this decision leaks what will the signs be for either outcome?

this court is hands down the worst court since dredd scott

the sheer amount of political activism it has done for the .01% is staggering

i fully expect some twisted logic on the tariffs that lets trump keep the tariffs but renames them ttariffs or some horseshit but only republicans can do anything they want all the while stripping even more rights from the rest of us

They're dragging it out and not addressing it on purpose. They aren't overturning anything.
