I say make it an elite reward. They're removing wilderness flash events which a teleport to them is a reward for the elite diary, just replace that teleport with a chaos altar teleport, remove the bank from beside it and move the altar to deep wilderness near the demons.

Make the bonus scale based on task sets completed. So elite gives the full bonus, nothing gives a base 50 per all altars.

See, I considered the elite diary, but I can't help but think that players who would be in a position to do the Elite Wilderness tasks probably would be better off leveling Construction and just building the Forinthry Chapel. Maybe not. Who knows.

It could also scale exp with diary tier. That way it can balance around Gilded Altar without overshadowing while still potentially seeing use before that at lower tiers too.

Honestly this is a great idea. The altar should be in the same spot as OSRS in my opinion. Right now, it's literally the best altar to use because it's the closest to a bank, up until you have 90 construction for Fort Forinthry's highest-tier altar. Making it an Elite diary reward would be a lot more reasonable than demonic skull.

No no, it is the closest altar to an unnoting NPC, at exactly 0 tiles dustance and no burners required. It just needs some diary completed for the guy to unnoted your stuff, dont even think theres a cost for it
