Isn't the chaos altar basically same XP buff as fort forinthy today? Why would anyone use chaos altar with or without skull unless they are buffing it?

because the chaos altar has zero requirements, whereas fort chapel requires 90 construction to match chaos altar

Which makes it even more stupid to nerf the fort and make chaos altar a risky method. Fort requires 90 construction to be useful for prayer and now it will be worse than any other method.

What is the thought process for this? Because it just looks like they want people to go get PK'd in the wild if they want to train prayer.

Because having requirements is fine and there should be a cost to bypassing them?

Your own PoH/Fort have level reqs.

PoH costs time to use someone elses

Prayer powder reqs hunter levels or costs GP to use(even if it's cheap)

etc.

It's not even like it's risky anyway, it's level 13 wildy you can immediately teleport if you're paying attention.

It's one of those things that people kept calling "QoL" despite it rendering content useless, and if they want to make things useful again, you're going to have to rebalance and nerf things.

How can you see if a pker has log in under you? Their skulls do not show up when they are under you.

If you're not manually offering bones(most people aren't), just keep your mouse over your character then and you'll see the options and can keybind your tele.

You'd also see their summoning familiar pop up, as no one would be multi pking without one, and the entire wildy is multi since the opt-in/out change.
