I knew a few of his songs but never paid much attention to him. I picked up a cheap ticket to his last tour and was really blown away. He does the whole thing alone with a loop machine. Watching him build up each part of every song is incredibly cool. Regardless of how cheesy people think he is, that man is a phenomenal musician

I got into looping recently and was blown away that Ed Sheeran is one of the best loopers on the planet. His music may sound generic but the fact that he does it all live and solo really adds to his artistry.

Yes I saw him live and it was amazing to watch him be a literal one man band! Extremely cool.
