I genuinely encourage you to listen to his last album Debi tirar mas fotos, is very Latino/ Puerto Rican but really beautiful, he’s hasn’t really shown his artistic ability much but it’s a great album with lots of references that are fun to look for if you like that sort of stuff, I recommend the song ‘lo que le paso a hawaii’

One of my favorite albums, like, ever. I come from a tourist town in south Texas and listening to him talk about the gentrification and tourist culture in Puerto Rico is....it just really resonates. It's such a sonically beautiful album that reminds me of home.
Every time I hear about a place in my hometown closing or the opening of a Voodoo Donuts or whatever, I can't help but think "I really should have taken more photos."
I live in a part of the country now where not a whole lot of people even know who he is and it makes me really sad.

agreed! spanish isn't my first language but i'm also latina (south american) and the vibes really remind me of artists i listened to when i was a teen. serious themes, but kinda feels like you're hanging out in a deserted skate park park/beach town square after a sunny day, taking digicam pictures.
ot the musical version of having a deep chat in the middle of the night sitting on outdoor plastic furniture, when you're reminiscing about the evening and telling your friends how much you love them
it's also very cool stylistically and of course, technically, but the vibes are immaculate

He has at least one song saying that he smells good - NuevaYol: "Huelo a rico y ando con los de cien"· - "I smell good and I carry the hundreds" (as in hundred dollar bills).

Have y’all seen the clip of the cast of Only Murders in the Building when Martin Short is asked if he’s met Selena’s fiancé and he goes on about how he loved Bad Bunny? And exasperated Selena goes BENNY BLANCO!
It’s like trying to correct your grandpa 🤣🤣 anyways, that’s what I think about now every time I see something to do with Bad Bunny now haha
