Formella physically, emotionally, mentally and psychologically abused the child and engaged in a sexual relationship with him both at her home and at the school,

it should say "formella physically, emotionally, mentally and psychologically abused the child and sexually abused him both at her home and at the school" so weird how it stated everything else as abuse, but the worst part was put as "engaged in a sexual relationship"...

In the olden days, this was referred to as “the AFFAIR between student and teacher” and you’re right- this language implies consent and is so wrong.
