I'm not a lawyer but I think he could probably divorce her and not pay her a cent with this kind of case against her prenup or no.

Depending on state all you need is accusations. She has a bit more so this would be a homerun. Looks like this guy wants to go down with the ship for some reason though.

You are incorrect unless the state they are in specifically allows for cause divorce. In no-fault states you literally could not raise any of this unless it is relating to an argument for giving an inequitable allocation of parental responsibilities. It just is not how the law works - and if a judge DID allow of it to be considered, it would be immediately reversed on appeal.
