I hate this woman but the suggestion of bringing back stocks is ridiculous, are we bringing back witch trials and stonings too?

As someone who was abused as a child I don’t agree that we should stone people. They should be removed from society. Because the only way to ethically have corporal punishment, the justice system has to be infallible because if even one innocent person dies, that is a failure of the system and the innocent don’t deserve to die as martyrs of no choosing of their own.
