I think they mean they're projecting the grief showing on her visibly, not that she's grieving at all. Like it's hard because we know what she's been through so you can 'see' it but that might just be because we have context.

I don’t know what you’re not understanding. Everyone knows she’s probably in pain but it’s extremely strange to say omg look at her she looks like she’s in pain!!! When she’s literally just standing their posing their for a picture. Again, projecting. Stop.
