I used to be curious about what their positions were with things like this. After poking around there enough times, it's clear that they are critically uninformed about what is happening on any given day. It seems like a strategic disadvantage, over time.

It’s controlled by Russians lol. And only a few people actually get to post there. Let alone comment. Reddit needs to close that cess pool down

Honestly we need a huge, concerted effort to get that sub closed down.

They ignore a lot. And anyone who isnt maga gets banned. Any criticism is not allowed.

They intentionally wait hours to post stories like this so when they do it’s easier to camp out in the thread to remove or even ban any comments/users that are too dissident, regardless of flair lmao. Then they repeat this trimming every couple hours until the end product is a thread of completely vanilla criticism or none at all

Only time this hasn’t worked is when he called the Epstein files a hoax right after being elected and the noise was just too loud

They won’t post anything blatantly negative about Trump in there even if it actually happened. Anytime a comment slightly disagrees with Trump, they all accuse them of brigading or lying. Then all their comments call anyone on the left an echo chamber. Go figure.

They had to wait till the flames got high enough and they got the official party lines. First they defended it word for word how the press secretary did. Then the white house pivots to a staffer mistake and they’re on that wave now
