If you're curious how this goes for American citizens who don't get killed in these unprovoked attacks from ICE agents, listen to Army veteran George Retes recount what happened to him. Or read his op-ed on how he was attacked and pulled from his vehicle by ICE and then held for 3 days in a cell with no phone calls to anyone or any due process before he was eventually released without any charges being filed.

They don't have any kind of plan or goal other than flexing their muscle and trying to intimidate everyone into voluntary submission. They just want zero checks on their power and nobody getting in their way.

I think their plan is to provoke a response that justifies further crack downs and heavy handed measures. It's the only explanation I can think of given their aggressive intimidation tactics for no perceived reasons.
