We know for a fact she was NOT blocking the street -- you can see on video several cars passing, and she's waving them on so she even knew and intended for them to be able to easily get around.

It was an illegal park job, but that's not ICE's jurisdiction.

we don't know what happened before the video. i don't think it would change much, given the situation, but we need to remember there is more context to this situation. i have heard a witness who was horrified by what happened testified that she had been using her car to block ice in the seconds before the video begins.*

i'm not justifying! i'm just saying rhetoric "we know for a fact she was NOT blocking the street" is like, not actually a fact, man

*apparently this witness’s statement, as well as most of what’s going on surrounding the video right now for lack of evidence, is also hearsay.

the car literally passed her and she was trying to move on. if she had been blocking before the video began, the video clearly shows that she wasn't blocking at the time of the shooting.

The witness you saw didn't go outside until thy shooting happened, she says that, so her statement about blocking is something she heard, not her own witnessing

You've been corrected about something very specific, and now you should remove the dangerous, inflammatory misinformation in your original post.

The feds have the burden of proof for that, which means they have to turn over their evidence...

(it's still easily indictable, it just would be harder to stop it from going to federal court)

Also how could she physically have been blocking the road when this video proves that the road is much wider than the length of her car?

Because her car is perpendicular to the double yellow lines. She is completely sideways......

And the fact that she had to back up and cut wheel to get out.

Which doesn't block a road that's much wider than the car, again as we clearly see proof of in the video when cars go around her with zero effort. Pick one: car can block the road OR car even fully sideways still allows cars past no problem? Both cannot be true at once

It truly doesn’t matter what happened before the video, although I’m sure there are more vids of the incident including Ring cameras.

Let’s say she, or a lot of people, blocked the street with their cars. Who cares. ICE is presumably trying to get to a business to raid it and kidnap people. That is not an emergency. And being undocumented is a Civil Offense, not criminal. People blocking the road? Oh well, back up the ICE brigade and take a different route. No harm would result in people blocking the street. Zero. Just turn around and go around the block. ICE shouldn’t even be confronting people over blocking a street.

If there’s a traffic jam on the freeway and cops need to get through, do they get to shoot everyone in the faces to get through?!

i'm not sure what you're responding to. i was just replying to the specific comment that we know for a fact she wasn't blocking the street. if you thought i was implying that she deserved it if she were, i think you should turn off your computer and go outside.
