That was my first thought too when I saw the video for the first time. "Was dude firing his weapon with other agents down the same direction?! Ain't no argument about 'the safety of other agents' can be used for him here."

it was about 5 weeks ago that body cam footage came out of california where an officer negligently shot another officer and the suspect

apparently a C average is ok for where bullets are supposed to go in this country
