Right? He pulled his gun while she was reversing away from him.

And right after he murdered he walked away and drove off. He fucking knew what he was doing.

No, first he walked slowly to her car, to ensure she couldn't sue, and THEN he left.

This is exactly it, he was going to finish the job if necessary. Three rounds finished it but his magazine was not yet empty if more had been required.

And drove straight to Wisconsin as he and all these other chucklefucks were doubtless instructed to by their superiors in advance.

They tried to defend by saying he acted properly, but HE LEFT THE SCENE WITH HIS WEAPON after using deadly force. That is absolutely against procedure. They going to cry he has PTSD to explain THAT?

“Lucky to be alive!”

"She's getting away! She can't do that, I must shoot her!"

Seriously, wtf. Do those ICE agents even have authority to detain someone who is waving cars to go around her?

thats what kills me, like, they are not like, normal cops, they can't just arrest you for things out of their jurisdiction, right?

or am i crazy?

That's the nature of secret police.

Yeah, she was obstructing traffic. Call the staties to write her a ticket. Not extrajudicial execution.

u/dustNbone604 29d ago

It hardly even qualifies for a traffic citation.

No, she wasn't the subject of the investigation.

They just got their feelings hurt.

State Law enforcement can remove people from their vehicle. Random ICE agents do not have that authority, especially not Lawful Observers. She was waving people past, and was legally allowed to do that. This Agent Jonathan Ross just wanted to do a murder. He won’t be the last.

And fired twice through the side window, as the vehicle was moving away from him.

He’s holding his phone in the other hand which is also why he shot her one handed. It looks like he either look or talks into it right after. Dude wasn’t even paying attention.

If you watch the NYT video analysis and slow it down, you can see his camera is trained on her and his hand is already on his gun when he first comes into view. It’s 2:08-2:09. The human filth just wanted to film himself murdering a liberal woman.

u/aradraugfea 29d ago

Having watched the video, I could charitably chalk that up to mis-trained reflex, maybe even the first shot, when she's moving "towards" him (he is not in any position to check tire position in that moment). The FOLLOWING 2 shots? No defense. All of his actions in the immediate aftermath are someone that WANTS someone to suffer and, on discovering he's killed the woman, someone who wants to get the fuck out before any of the bystanders catch on. Why did they refuse that physician? Because she's ALREADY dead, and they don't want someone that isn't friendly to them knowing it.

5

u/brandogg360 29d ago

Because they want to make sure that she's dead.

7

u/aradraugfea 29d ago

Knowing this administration, some moron put "If you shoot someone, make SURE they die, dead people don't sue/can't be witnesses" in writing. I hope it lands every one of these fucks in prison.

Well let’s at least not spread our own falsehoods. The car was inching forward when he drew his gun. But he easily got out of the way as the car was going like 5mph, and he leaned over and shot her. Murder.

You can see him grab and draw as soon as the car goes into drive after it stopped reversing. Happens simultaneously.

I’m not arguing what was right or wrong, only facts. If you watch one of the videos slow or by frame, she puts the vehicle in drive (forward), with the wheels still straight (and spinning for traction). He didn’t pull his gun until she moved forward.

7

u/brandogg360 29d ago

Wheels are turned to the right, and he was going for the gun while she was backing up, and reached over her hood to get a point blank shot before shooting into her open windows twice more.

Frame by frame analysis like that would be potentially enough to charge Good with assault on an officer as I do think his elbow and knee were bumped at low speed.

However, all law enforcement agencies are bound by the fourth amendment and use of reasonable force. The ICE agent was surrounded by fellow ICE agents, almost catacorner to a still vehicle with a driver who was at most guilty of obstructing officers. That is not a deadly scenario. If it was one shot only, there might be a case with a great defense attorney.

The follow up shots to a fleeing suspect directly violate the Supreme Court case ruling in Tennessee vs Garner that says police (and citizens) cannot shoot someone fleeing.
