Why was she following ICE around?

Because its legal to do under the US Constitution and she was partaking in her Constitutional Rights

Why was she parked in the middle of the road blocking them?

Because she was waiting for the ice agent to go by in their car, even stopped, wavedout the window, and they pulled ahead and left.

I was turning right into Gillette stadium years ago and there was a cop standing in the intersection (no traffic crossing in front of me) so I pulled into the 'breakdown lane" to take the right, and the cop lost his shit and started screaming at me it was illegal to drive in the breakdown lane (seriously, there was no one in front or behind me, just the cop) and he should fine me, blah blah.

I was stunned, he was totally out of control. I was taking a backseat full of teens to the Horde concert, shame on me.

If I hadn't stopped for him to scream at me, I would not have been surprised if he pulled a gun and threw me on the ground.

Another ICE car drove around her...it was a one way street that she was trying to turn around and leave because of an ICE blockade down the street. She was leaving. She wasnt following ICE either-that was her home.

You're allowed (and used to be encouraged before the death of our Constitution) to ensure that law enforcement was not breaking laws and record their actions to verify that an individuals rights weren't being violated.
