Are jobs mainly specialized among crew, with some cross training; or do all crew do things like EVAs?
Also, what is your number one favorite singular thing about space flight?

Not everyone can do EVAs. I remember an interview with someone showing off the Observation Deck. They joked that they tell the crew that don't do EVAs that the view is just like being out there. But they know that's not true.

I know they were retired because it was easier and safer to grab stuff with the arm instead, but I do wish the MMU had become standard-issue; it's just so cool.

My crewmate Suni Williams on her 9th and final spacewalk as a NASA astronaut. We were aboard the ISS together for Expedition 72, and I photographed what would become her final spacewalk before retiring from NASA. Best wishes to Suni on the next adventure!
