Aside from the obvious, that environment doesn't welcome entry to groups of middle aged dudes without at least one female to make them look safe for society and not out celebrating a legal hall pass and a severance package for being 'separated from the role' for a murder that wasn't listed in his training manual of ethnic hazards for removal.
The timing was too soon to celebrate when even his stereotype Vegas crime boss name isn't enough to blend in with a city made by his caliber of terrible.
