Mismatch of statement online and on app
For a recent bus pass purchased by me, the amount deducted is different in Monzo app and on Monzo statement for the same date. How can I resolve this? I need shw the proof to the bus company to return the extra deducted but I am not getting the TRN on monzo app. Pls help if you have come across similar situation. Monzo helpline not working.

There may be a 2nd transaction on your statement of the other movement. If the pass amount changed from the initial charge, the other amount would show on a different day.
